Michael Phelps

Michael is Joint Managing Director of EHD, with his brother Stuart. His forté is the creation and development of new businesses and has a wealth of commercial experience both in the UK

and internationally. Between 2003 and 2005, he worked with wineries in the Hunter Valley and Granite

Belt regions of Australia then returned to the UK in June 2005 to assist in the development and

expansion of EHD.

Stuart Phelps

Stuart's career has centered on the promotional packaging and graphic design sectors. As the owner and

manager of a successful string of service industry businesses, Stuart has developed a broad range of

expertise - from bespoke drinks packaging and distribution for many of the top brands to managing

hospitality venues, from seasonal display to facilities management services. As a talented strategist, Stuart has been Logistics Director of EHD since its formation, and acts as Joint Managing Director.

Hugo Wymer

Hugo is a former City of London banker. His career with Barclays Bank Plc spanned over twenty years

culminating in the management of a number of prestigious branches in London's West End. In recent years, he has acted as a consultant for a wide range of businesses including preparatory schools and retail outlets.

Hugo joined EHD as Finance Director in early 2003.

The strength of the management team at EHD is evident and includes:

A Technical Director with US experience of developing an on-line drinks business.A Bond Administration Manager with a 30 year background at Victoria Wine and First Quench.A former BA Logistics Consultant and a Transport Manager with more than 10 years track record in transport logistics.
